Return & Refund Policy
At Dorbaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect
product, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Eligible Returns
Products may be returned if:
● The wrong product was delivered
● The product arrived damaged
● The product is defective upon delivery
Return Request Period
Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Return
● Product must be unused
● Product must be in original packaging
● All accessories and manuals must be included
● Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:
● Personal care products
● Used products
● Clearance or final sale items
● Customized products
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
● Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
● Refunds are issued through Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer
● Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
